How It Works
Real Estate Promotions provides FREE real estate folders with your agency's own logo and design. We will reach out to your preferred business partners and surrounding companies who want to advertise their products and/or services and we will then place their advertisement in your folder. Our professional graphics team will design your folder to your specifications and will send you a proof for approval. Once approved, we take care of the printing and deliver the folders directly to your agency.
By offering space in your presentation folders to local businesses, your clients have access to those your real estate company personally works with. If a client is in need of a bank, insurance agent, contractor or inspector, all the information is within the folder where they are already keeping all their important documents. Allowing local businesses the opportunity to advertise within your folder creates relationships within the community.
Folder Sizes and Features
We offer two finished folder sizes, one size to hold letter sized documents and one size to hold legal sized documents. Each folder has slits cut in the front cover, making it possible for your Realtors to insert their personal business cards, giving their clients access to contact them daily.
On the backside of our folders features a map of the city your real estate company is located, along with a list of the advertisers displayed within the folder and their location. Also included on the back is a checklist of information needed to make moving into a new city a breeze. The checklist may be changed to accommodate different information such as important contacts or utility services in the area.
